Each member gives a 30-second elevator pitch about their business. This is where you learn what everyone does and who they're looking for.

7-14 min

One or two members give a deeper presentation about their business — what makes them different, case studies, and how to refer them effectively.

Referrals & Testimonials

15 min

Members pass referrals to each other and share "You Got Caught" moments — recognizing fellow members who went above and beyond.

Closing

Wrap-up, upcoming events, and next steps for visitors interested in joining.

We know visiting a networking group for the first time can feel awkward. That's why every visitor gets a personal host — someone whose only job that day is to make sure you feel at home.

Personal host

You'll be introduced to a Visitor Host before the meeting who will walk you through everything.

No cold seats

You won't sit in a corner wondering what's happening. You'll be introduced to the group and made part of the conversation.

Zero pressure

Visit up to three times. Nobody will corner you about joining. We want you here because you want to be here.

What should I wear?

We're a 100% virtual chapter, so business casual from the waist up works perfectly. Most of us are in home offices with coffee in hand.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Not a thing. Just show up, be yourself, and be ready to tell us a little about what you do when introduced.

Is there a cost to visit?

Your first visit is completely free. You can visit up to three times before deciding if you'd like to apply for membership.

How do I join the virtual meeting?

After you register, our Visitor Host will send you the Zoom link and any details you need. You'll also get a friendly reminder the day before.

What if I'm not sure BNI is for me?

That's exactly why we invite you to visit first. There's zero pressure. Come see if the group feels right — the best networking happens when it's genuine.

How long is the meeting?

About 90 minutes. We know your time is valuable, so we keep things moving.
